Placing an Order
📞Small Orders: Can be placed via phone, email, or by using our website enquiry form. If ordering by email, please allow 24 hours for confirmation, and a team member will call to verify your order.
📅 Large Orders: For large or custom orders, please call us directly to speak with a team member. Our calendar fills up quickly, so we appreciate as much advance notice as possible!
Delivery & Collection
🚚 Delivery: Available for an additional charge based on the delivery address.
🏠 Collection: Free from our bakery at 20 Links Street, Kirkcaldy.
Payment Terms💳 Deposit Required:
25% non-refundable deposit required at the time of order.
💰 Final Payment:
Due two days in advance of collection or delivery.
Cancellation & Changes Policy
❌ Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery.
⚠️ No refunds will be given for cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice.
🔹 A 10% cancellation fee applies to all refunds.
Order Changes✏️ Changes to standard orders are accepted up to 72 hours before pick-up/delivery.
🎂 Changes to large or wedding cake orders must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
⚠️ Additional flavours may not be available if changes are requested outside of this timeframe.
Pick-Up & Delivery Responsibility
✅ Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with the look of your order at pick-up, you are NOT obligated to take it. If you choose not to take the order, a 50% refund will be issued via the original payment method.
🚗 Transport Responsibility
Once your order leaves our shop, we are not responsible for any damage occurring during transport, setup, or any time thereafter.
🍰 Flavour & Filling Concerns
If there are any concerns about the taste or quality of the baked goods, please return a portion of the cupcakes/cakes to the shop, and we will evaluate your concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Artistic License Disclaimer🎨 Every cupcake and cake is handmade. Our decorative finishes are created by hand and subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators.
📷 Reference Photos: While we welcome inspiration photos, we cannot guarantee exact duplication of work done by other cake decorators.
