Ordering Policy
Ordering
Small orders can be placed either by phone, email, or by using the website enquiry form. If placing an order by email, please allow 24 hours for confirmation of receipt and someone will call to confirm order. For all large orders, please call directly and speak with a member of the team. Our calendar can fill up quickly, so as much notice as possible is greatly appreciated.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery is available for an additional charge based on the delivery address. However, you may collect your baked goods for free.
Payment
All orders will require a 25% non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of order. Short notice orders will require a 50% deposit before work starts which is non-refundable. Final payments are due one in advance of collection or delivery by cash, paypal or payable to credit card company via invoicing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations to orders are accepted until 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up or delivery time. No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled with less than 72 hours notice. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 10% fee:
Changes to Order
Changes to orders are accepted until 72 hours prior to the pick up time or agreed upon delivery time. We cannot guarantee any additional flavours will be available if changes are made within 72 hours.
Picking up/Delivery of Product
If upon picking up your order, you are not 100% satisfied with the look of your product, you are NOT obligated to take them. If you choose not to take the order, you will be issued a 50% refund via original purchase method.
We are not responsible for any damage occurring to your order during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. After the order leaves the shop, special consideration will be given to any issues regarding the flavours and fillings. Refunds will be determined based upon portion of cupcakes/cakes returned to the shop.
Artistic License Disclaimer:
Every cupcake/cake we make is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
