Product Information
All of our cakes are baked on the premises using the finest locally sourced ingredients when they are available. However, to make sure we get the authentic American flavour and experience we also import some key ingredients directly from American suppliers.
This attention to detail and quality is important to us, our frostings are made using 100% butter and 100% fresh cream, and we do not use shortening or butter substitutes in any of our cake recipes, except for making traditional whoopie pies and fluffy white filling.
