The evolution of the cupcake is now upon us! Cups 'N' Cakes by Monica is an American Custom Cupcakery specialising in baking amazing cakes and cupcakes with an American twist, taking the traditional cupcakery to a whole new level.
Here at Cups 'N' Cakes we combine exciting flavour combinations that taste great together.
Our motto is that any flavour idea can be transformed into a cupcake, be it your favourite candy bar, ice cream, coffee, or even breakfast flavour!
We've all seen traditional cupcakes - vanilla cupcakes, raspberry cupcakes, chocolate cupcakes, red velvet cupcakes - you can buy these anywhere. While we can accommodate those flavours, we have built our reputation on creating delicious cakes that are different, unique and definitely not the average standard store bought cupcake. We even do Gluten Free, with a wide range of flavours. Every one of our cupcakes really does tell a story. We can create almost any combination, from Peach Cobbler to Apple Pie, S'mores, Grand Slam or, for the more adventurous, what about a Bailey's Mudslide, Bourbon Pecan or Strawberry Daiquiri? All of our cupcakes are baked on the premises using the finest locally sourced ingredients when they are available. However, to make sure we get the authentic American flavour and experience we also import some key ingredients directly from America.
This attention to detail and quality is important to us, our frostings are made using 100% butter and 100% fresh cream, and we do not use shortening or butter substitutes in any of our cake recipes. Of course, we do use Cisco All Vegetable Shortening to prepare the marshmallow fluff filling for our delicious Whoopie Pies. After all, that is the traditional America Way!
Now, you may be wondering about the American classic the 'Whoopie Pie'. Well, a Whoopie Pie is a cross between a cookie, a pie, and a cake and it's filled with homemade marshmallow filling or buttercream frosting. Yummy goodness, everyone loves a Whoopie Pie! If you haven't tried one yet, do yourself a favour.
And we don't stop there, we also offer a wide selection of classic American Cakes, Cake Pops, Push Pops, Blondies and our signature Double Fudge Chocolate Brownies.
