Q. Are any of your cakes suitable for Vegetarians or Vegans?
A. A vast majority of our cupcakes are suitable for vegetarians and we do offer Vegan options. Please enquire before ordering.
Q. Are your cakes suitable for people with nut allergies?
A. All of our cupcakes are baked in the same bakery so it's possible that they may contain traces of nuts.
If you would like your cupcakes containing nuts packed separately please get in touch with our cupcake specialists when placing your order.
Q. Do you sell any Gluten Free cupcakes or cakes?
A. Yes, we do have a small selection of Gluten Free cupcakes. Please enquire on additional flavours.

Q. How much notice do I need to give to place an order?
A. It’s never too early to book with us. We only need a 25% non-refundable deposit to save the date. Short notice orders will require 50% deposit before work starts which is non-refundable. The deposit will then be put toward your total bill.
Q. Can I place an order for the same day delivery/collection?
A. It depends on the size of the order. It’s best to call and speak to one of our consultants.
Q. Do you offer a delivery service?
A. Yes. Charges are as follows
Up to 5 miles free of charge
5 -15 miles £20.00
20+miles £25.00
Q. What happens if I need to amend my order?
A. Changes to orders are accepted until 72 hours prior to the pick up time or agreed upon delivery time. We cannot guarantee any additional flavours will be available if changes are made within 72 hours.
Q. What do I need to bring along when collecting my order?
A. Excitement and your final payment.
Q. What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
A. We kindly ask you have someone there who can accept delivery, and make final payment. Otherwise you will be charged an additional delivery fee, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Q. How many cupcakes should I order?
A. We recommend one per person for the standard size or large size, two per small size, and three – four for the minis.
Q. When do I need to pay for my order?
A. Final payments are due a week before collection or delivery by cash, or in advance through PayPal or directly to credit card company.

Q. How do I care for my cupcakes or cake?
A. We recommend you enjoy all of our products within 72 hours of purchase – stored in an airtight container. If you're planning to eat your cupcakes or cake on the day, keep them cool and dry. Cupcakes or cakes with whipped or cream cheese icing must be refrigerated.
Our cakes can be enjoyed for up to 5 days when refrigerated, but in order to have your best experience we suggest giving them at least one hour to stand at room temperature before indulging. Alternatively, you can pop them in the micro for a few seconds.

Q. What do I do if I’m unhappy with my order/purchase (returns policy)
A. Our aim has always been to provide our customers with a fantastic product, and great service, but from time to time, things don’t always go as planned.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you are NOT obligated to take them. If you choose not to take the cupcake/cake, you will be issued a 50% refund via original purchase method.
Please get in touch with Monica if you were not completely satisfied with your order. We’re always eager to improve the way we do things, and its only through building a relationship with our customers that we can continue to improve, and create even better tasting cupcakes and cakes.
