A. Most of our cupcakes are suitable for vegetarians, and we also offer vegan options! Please inquire before ordering to confirm availability.
Q. Are your cakes suitable for people with nut allergies?
A. All our cupcakes are baked in the same kitchen, so we cannot guarantee they are nut-free. If you need cupcakes containing nuts to be packed separately, please let us know when placing your order.
Q. Do you offer gluten-free cupcakes or cakes?
A. Yes! We have a small selection of gluten-free cupcakes. Additional flavours may be available—just ask!
I’m placing an order and have a few questions…Q. How much notice do I need to give to place an order?
A. It’s never too early to book! A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Short-notice orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before we begin work. Your deposit will be applied to your final bill.
Q. Can I place an order for same-day delivery or collection?
A. Not typically. Please call to check with one of our consultants.
Q. Do you offer delivery?
A. Yes! Delivery charges are as follows:
Up to 2 miles – Free
2-5 miles – £3.00
5-10 miles – £7.50
10-15 miles – £15.00
15-20 miles – £20.00
Over 20 miles – Call us to discussQ. What happens if I need to amend my order?
A. Changes can be made up to 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. However, we cannot guarantee additional flavours will be available within that time frame.
Q. What do I need to bring when collecting my order?
A. Excitement—and your final payment!
Q. What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
A. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and make the final payment. If no one is available, a re-delivery fee will apply unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Q. How many cupcakes should I order?
A. We recommend:
Standard or Large – 1 per person
Small – 2 per person
Mini – 3 to 4 per personQ. When do I need to pay for my order?
A. Final payments are due three days before pickup or delivery. You can pay via cash, BACS, or credit card.
Getting your cakes home & keeping them fresh…Q. How should I store my cupcakes or cake?
A. We recommend enjoying them within 72 hours of purchase. Store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Cupcakes or cakes with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting must be refrigerated.
If refrigerated, let them sit at room temperature for at least one hour before serving for the best taste.
Need a quick fix? Pop them in the microwave for a few seconds!

A. We strive to provide the best products and service, but we understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are NOT obligated to take it. If you choose not to accept your order, you will receive a 50% refund via your original payment method.
